1.Prepare, greet and assist guests in personalize service 2. Build strong co-worker and customer relationship 3. Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email. 4.Competance with opera system to process prearrival, check in through out the stay, upon departure, post departure. 5. Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc. 6. Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions. 7. Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions. 8. Prepare reports as requested. 9.Sell the MHI products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques. 10. Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary

Yêu cầu

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.​ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.​ Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.​ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
